It contains seven songs, including the title track, all produced by Dub Chemist.<\/p>\n<p>The New York-based artist credits his hands-on approach and working with elite musicians for the project\u2019s quality.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cl am excited knowing that I wrote all the songs, the production is great in a sense that we have some of the greatest musicians alive on it including (saxophonist) Dean Fraser, (bassist) Flabba Holt and (percussionist) Bongo Herman, just to name a few,\u201d said Rasta Blacspade.<\/p>\n<p>He stated that there was an agreement with Dub Chemist to show his versatility on <strong><em>\u2018I Love You\u2019<\/em><\/strong>. That can be heard on the title track, \u2018Rasta Live\u2019 and \u2018Hail Jah\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe matched our ideas, as I want to reach out to audiences outside roots music. As I speak, I have some dancehall tracks coming out soon,\u201d Rasta Blacspade disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>In the past two years, the Rastafarian has released a number of songs including the uplifting <strong><em>\u2018Love Over All Things\u2019<\/em><\/strong> and <strong><em>\u2018IRAWMA\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, a nod to the long running awards show.<\/p>\n<p>Rasta\u00a0Blacspade is from St. Catherine parish in Jamaica but has lived in the United States since 2000.
