It contains 11 songs and is produced by P And N Publishing, a company operated by her husband, Howard Perry Ricketts.<\/p>\n<p>Novel-T believes she has grown considerably since the 2016 release of <strong><em>\u2018Born to Love You\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, her first album.\u00a0 &#8220;The fans will hear it, I worked with some great people, like-minded people, who wanted to get everything right,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p>The Jamaican artist has been one of the dominant forces in South Florida reggae. That can be heard on <strong><em>&#8216;Survivor&#8217;<\/em><\/strong> which has six songs that went number one on the South Florida Reggae Chart.\u00a0 Those chart-toppers are <strong><em>\u2018Keep it Moving\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>\u2018I Love The Way\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>\u2018Love Won\u2019t Let Us Wait\u2019<\/em><\/strong> (with Peter G), <strong><em>\u2018Tough Like A Diamond\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>\u2018Two Makes One\u2019 <\/em><\/strong>and a cover of The Emotions&#8217; <strong><em>\u2018So I Can Love You\u2019<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u2018Crazy Love\u2019<\/em><\/strong> is one of the new songs on <strong><em>&#8216;Survivor&#8217; <\/em><\/strong>It is written and produced by Hopeton Lindo, who has worked on several of Novel-T&#8217;s hit singles in the past five years.<\/p>\n<p>Ricketts produced most of the album&#8217;s songs and also played trumpet on the set. Other musicians on <strong><em>&#8216;Survivor&#8217; <\/em><\/strong>include Sly and Robbie, saxophonist Dean Fraser, bassists Michael \u201cMikie Bassie\u201d Henry and Derrick Barnett, keyboardists Franklyn \u201cBubbler\u201d Waul and Sydney Thorpe, guitarist Billy Johnson, multi-instrumentalist Paul Gauntlett and The Heavybeat Crew.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2018Survivor\u2019, the second album by singer Novel-T, was released on August 17.
