On \u2018Africa the Motherland\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, Love hails the much-maligned continent for its achievements which he belatedly discovered through feverish research on the Internet. The song is produced by Christopher Campbell for T25 Records<\/p>\n \u201cI did not learn enough about Africa as a student in high school except for the (Trans-Atlantic) Slave Trade which was quite depressing and did not promote any further interest in understanding the Motherland,\u201d he said. \u201cSongs like these are done to motivate, inform and encourage young and old about the vast impact that Africans had and still have on the world.\u201d<\/p>\n Released on June 29, \u2018Africa the Motherland\u2019<\/em><\/strong> marks a comeback for Alwayne Love, who previously recorded as J Love.
