The love and care that Dad shows to you, should be rewarded. Honour is due to all who deserve it, especially in a time where the myth of the missing father is so loud. It also needs to be normalized for the next generation,\u201d G Cole stated.<\/p>\n<p>Born in the tourist town of Ocho Rios, G Cole was raised on the music of Dennis Brown, whom he regards\u00a0as his biggest influence. <strong><em>&#8216;My Father&#8217;s Song&#8217;<\/em><\/strong> is done to the music of <strong><em>&#8216;If I Follow my Heart&#8217;<\/em><\/strong>, one of the Crown Prince of Reggae&#8217;s biggest hits.<\/p>\n<p>The father of a daughter, he believes it is important to show responsibility as a parent and artist. Being a parent, G Cole noted, has helped him mature as a person.<\/p>\n<p>G Cole, who is also a Disc Jockey on Reggae Global Radio, has been a recording\u00a0artist\u00a0for over 20 years.
