Reggae\/dancehall artiste Reebel is confident that 2024 will be his breakthrough year in music.<\/p>\n
\u201cAfter 25 years in the music business, I have paid my dues and now I am ready to take my career to the next level. I had a good run last year performing on the live events scene in Kingston and this year I intend to keep the momentum going. My songs are also getting a lot of rotation. This is going to be my breakout year,\u201d said the artiste.<\/p>\n
The lanky deejay who is often compared with dancehall icon Buju Banton because of his deep gravelly voice is currently promoting three new singles, Big Dread featuring Jose Wales, Kingston Hot and Nad.<\/p>\n
All three songs were produced by Dr Ghost and released on the D Empire Don Music imprint last year.\u00a0 \u201cMy team and I are going all out with the promotion of these songs and the feedback that we are receiving is very positive,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Reebel also has several new projects in the pipeline including an EP which is slated to be released early this year. \u00a0\u201cI\u2019m working on some new songs for my upcoming EP. I am also looking forward to working on a movie project later this year, but I don\u2019t want to say much about it until everything is confirmed.\u201d<\/p>\n
