Reggae singer Rad Dixon is currently enjoying immense success with his single titled <\/span>\u2018Times Are Hard\u2019<\/span><\/i><\/b> which was done with reggae legend Luciano.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The song which is one of the featured tracks on his debut album titled <\/span>\u2018Hard Times\u2019<\/span><\/i><\/b>, is currently sitting in the number one spot on the Jamaica Music Countdown Top 25 Reggae Singles chart.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cA number one single is a wonderful achievement. I am profoundly grateful to all my fans and all the other individuals who support my music. No real success can be earned without hard work and dedication. So, I must big up Tasjay Productions and the entire team for all the hard work they continue to put into the development of my career,\u201d said Dixon.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier this year in January he released his debut album, <\/span>\u2018Hard Times\u2019<\/span><\/i><\/b>, which was produced by Toronto-based Tasjay Productions. Since then, several songs from the 10-track album including <\/span>\u2018Times Are Hard\u2019<\/span><\/i><\/b>, <\/span>\u2018Right Portion\u2019<\/span><\/i><\/b> done with Talee, <\/span>\u2018Mama\u2019s Love\u2019<\/span><\/i><\/b> and <\/span>\u2018Reggae Vibes\u2019<\/span><\/i><\/b> have found favor with DJs in Jamaica, Europe, Canada, the UK, Africa, and North America.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m very happy with the response that my album is getting. The fans love it and it\u2019s also receiving a lot of support from DJs in various parts of the world,\u201d he said.\u00a0 Dixon says the response his album is receiving is proof that good reggae music is still appreciated all over the world.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOver the past few years, I\u2019ve heard a lot of people saying that reggae music is dying out but that\u2019s nonsense. Good reggae music is still appreciated by music lovers all over the world; my album is proof of that,\u201d said Dixon.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
