Recording artiste Jah Innocent is determined to make his mark on the local music scene.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAs a versatile artiste that is always thinking outside of the box, I have created a hot new sound that is going to take the music world by storm. It is a grimy melodic fusion of reggae and dancehall music,\u201d he said.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Manchester-born deejay who resides in Connecticut is currently promoting a new single titled <\/span>\u2018Nuttin to Prove\u2019<\/span><\/i><\/b>. The song which was produced by Zihking Music was released along with a video on June 23.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThis song is generating a lot of buzz in the streets. Based on the response that it is receiving I am confident that it will be a hit. My team and I are working overtime to make sure it gets the right promotion to push it over the top,\u201d said Jah Innocent.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Jah Innocent is currently busy in the studios working on some new projects.\u00a0 \u201cThe next two new songs that I plan to release are <\/span>\u2018My Blessings\u2019<\/span><\/i><\/b> and <\/span>\u2018Fall and Rise\u2019<\/span><\/i><\/b>. The videos for both songs have already been shot and edited. I am excited about these two songs, and I plan to drop them both before the end of this summer.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Jah Innocent, whose given name is Christopher Nembhard is a past student at May Day High School.\u00a0 He launched his recording career with a song titled <\/span>\u2018Think They Could a Get Me Down\u2019<\/span><\/i><\/b> which was produced by Ryan Roberts aka Blaze and released on the 3R Production label in 2009.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
