Popcaan kicks off a mini tour of Europe on May 6 with a gig at Salle Payel in Paris. He will play six shows including two in the United Kingdom, his happy hunting ground.<\/p>\n
On May 8, the self-proclaimed Unruly Boss heads to Dublin in Ireland. This will be followed the next day by a show in Glasgow, Scotland at the O2 Academy.\u00a0 The deejay moves to O2 Academy in Bristol, England on May 10. His final dates are in Tillburg and La Madeleine in The Netherland and Brussels, Belgium, on May 12-13, respectively.<\/p>\n
Popcaan, whose fourth album \u2018Great is He\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, was released in January by Drake\u2019s OVO Sound label, has enjoyed considerable success in the UK with several collaborations. The first of those came in 2010 with \u2018Clarks\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, done with his mentor Vybz Kartel.<\/p>\n Since then, he has made the British national chart with Melissa Steel on \u2018Kisses\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, alongside Jamie xx on \u2018I Know There\u2019s Gonna Be (Good Times\u2019)<\/em><\/strong> and \u2018I\u2019m in Control\u2019<\/em><\/strong> with Aluna George.<\/p>\n \u2018Great is He\u2019<\/em><\/strong> is Popcaan\u2019s third album for OVO Sound to which he signed in 2018. \u2018Vanquish\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, his first album for the company, was released that year, followed by \u2018Fixtape\u2019<\/em><\/strong> which came out in the summer of 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Popcaan kicks off a mini tour of Europe on May 6 with a gig at Salle Payel in Paris.
