Cayman-based Jamaican dancehall artiste Glamaton is in an upbeat mood after performing at the prestigious Sting concert at Grizzly\u2019s Plantation Cove in St. Ann on December 26.<\/p>\n
Clad in full black the deejay took center stage at 10:30 pm and delivered an impressive performance that included songs such as \u2018Jamaican Slang\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, \u2018Nuh Badmind\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, \u2018Di Song\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, \u2018Negativity\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, and \u2018Good Memories\u2019<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cThis was my fifth appearance on Sting, and I am very pleased with the response I received from the crowd. I delivered a very energetic performance which was well received. All my previous appearances on Sting went well but this one was very special. Based on the response I received from the crowd I could tell that I really made a strong impact this time around,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n Glamaton says despite the controversy surrounding the clash between Queenie and Amari and the premature ending of the stage show he is pleased with the return of Sting.<\/p>\n \u201cSting is more than just a stage show it is one of the pillars of dancehall music. For more than two decades, it has been the launching pad for many successful careers. Everyone knows that once you please the Sting crowd, you\u2019re on your way to stardom.
