Time to enjoy yourself after hard work, when yuh reap yuh rewards,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u2018Clean\u2019<\/em><\/strong> is another of the hard-jamming songs Prohgres has become known for. He said another of his recent releases, <strong><em>\u2018Broken and Damage\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, has received solid rotation in Africa, Canada, and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>According to Prohgres, assessing a good \u2018riddim\u2019 is one way to become a successful dancehall artist.\u00a0 \u201cIs not every riddim is going to have di sound what me like. Di instrument dem haffi soun\u2019 sweet, mi love riddims dat can make mi find great melodies. Mi like emotional riddims most of di time, mi like riddims dat can put yuh inna real good vibes, jus\u2019 like di riddim for Pandemic Records,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Prohgres is from rural St. Ann parish in north-east Jamaica.
