A music video for \u2018<em><strong>Toxic Love\u2019 <\/strong><\/em><em>will<\/em> drop at the end of July.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, Swick Don released an EP,\u00a0<em><strong>\u2018Emotions\u2019<\/strong><\/em> featuring various female artists, some from within Toronto, Jamaica, and Costa Rica.\u00a0 The project was successful and is currently streaming heavily in countries such as Costa Rica, Panama, Kenya, and some regions of Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Born Jarrell Beadle on the island of Jamaica, Swick Don attended Calabar high school and then migrated to Canada as a young adult. He describes himself as a jovial, hard-working individual who fell in love with music at a young age.<\/p>\n<p>Swick Don has performed with some of Dancehall\u2019s most talked about artists, such as Govana, Jada Kingdom, Shenseea, and Ding Dong. Swick Don also collaborated with Dancehall artiste Jahvillani with songs titled\u00a0<em><strong>\u2018Money Grind\u2019<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em><strong>\u2018Pum Pum Powa\u2019<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Swick Don says he is one of Canada\u2019s hardest working Dancehall artists today. The artist reveals that his music is streaming well and doing great in the Caribbean, Europe and regions of Africa. \u201cIf you ask for five of the hardest working artists in Toronto, Swick Don\u2019s name would have to be in that conversation\u201d, he said.<\/p>\n<p>Swick Don acknowledges the vast number of talented artists in Canada today and thinks the main problem they face is media coverage. \u201cWe need proper media coverage, radio stations to actually play the music once it is \u2018radio friendly\u2019 Swick Don said. \u201cProper public relations, more media platforms that focus on dancehall\/reggae music and more shows so that artists can develop their stagecraft\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Some of Swick Don\u2019s most popular songs are\u00a0<em><strong>\u2018Victoria Secret\u2019<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0produced by Tuffchin Records,\u00a0<strong>\u2018Wish\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0produced by Chuckdem Records,\u00a0<em><strong>\u2018Comfort Zone\u2019<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0produced by Queffa Don Records,\u00a0<em><strong>\u2018Weh Dem A She\u2019<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0produced by K.T.V.
