The public prosecutor told the court that the investigation is heading into its final phase, according to the Jamaica Observer newspaper.\u00a0Franklin Wattimena, press officer with The Netherlands Public Prosecution Service in Amsterdam, said Jah Cure will remain in custody until his trial.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm 0cm 19.5pt 0cm;\"><span lang=\"EN-CA\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: #363636;\">Jah Cure, whose real name is Siccaturie Alcock, is charged with attempted murder, attempted manslaughter, aggravated assault or attempted aggravated assault. He allegedly stabbed concert promoter, Nicardo &#8220;Papa&#8221; Blake, in Dam Square in the city centre of Amsterdam on October 1st last year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm 0cm 19.5pt 0cm;\"><span lang=\"EN-CA\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; color: #363636;\">Jah Cure is known for songs such as <b><i>\u2018Prison Walls\u2019<\/i><\/b> and <b><i>\u2018Love Is\u2019<\/i><\/b>.
