Toronto\u2019s iconic Bob Marley Birthday Tribute returns for its 20th anniversary, honouring the timeless legacy of the King of Reggae, Jamaican culture, and the city\u2019s deeply rooted reggae community. The milestone celebration takes place Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Lee\u2019s Palace (529 Bloor St. W.), running from 8:00 PM until late for a night filled with powerful music, culture, and community connection.<\/p>\n

Now two decades strong, the Bob Marley Birthday Tribute has become a cornerstone of Toronto\u2019s reggae calendar and is widely recognized as one of the city\u2019s most anticipated reggae events of the year. As Toronto\u2019s longest-running Bob Marley tribute, the annual celebration consistently brings together top-tier local talent, selectors, and cultural leaders for an immersive, high-energy experience.<\/p>\n

\"\"The 20th anniversary edition is headlined by a live performance from 11-piece reggae powerhouse Reggaddiction<\/strong>, joined by special guest performances from Friendlyness<\/strong> of The Human Rights band<\/strong> and Juno Award\u2013winning artist Kairo McLean<\/strong>, along with additional surprise guest appearances. On the decks are Pressure Drop and Bless Up Selectas, delivering heavyweight selections through the 15,000-watt Bless Up Soundsystem, with hosting duties by Kwasi \u201cDa Food God\u201d Douglas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Beyond the music, the event continues its long-standing commitment to community upliftment. Attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations in support of the Parkdale Community Food Bank.
