It contains songs by artists from his native Jamaica, Guyana, Latin America, France, Africa, the United States, and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>Dasvibes, who lives in Queensland, Australia, credits the project\u2019s cosmopolitan cast for helping it appeal to a diverse market. He appears alongside the artists on 10 of the album\u2019s 11 tracks.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe album\u2019s been resonating strongest in Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, the UK, and Canada especially Toronto and London where the dancehall and reggae scenes are deep-rooted. Australia\u2019s also showing love, with the TikTok community pushing tracks like \u2018One Life\u2019 and \u2018Nine Night\u2019 into viral territory,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u2018One Life\u2019<\/em><\/strong> features Turbulence, while <strong><em>\u2018Nine Night\u2019<\/em><\/strong> is a collaboration with Nine Barz from The Gambia and General KK from Nigeria. Dasvibes added that <strong><em>\u2018Reda Than Red\u2019<\/em><\/strong> (with Charly B), <strong><em>\u2018Bring That Come\u2019<\/em><\/strong> (with Wiski D), <strong><em>\u2018The System\u2019<\/em><\/strong> (with Teacha Dee) and <strong><em>\u2019Ambitious\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, which is done with Wilful Skilful, are enjoying <strong><em>\u201cheavy DJ rotation.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Charly B is from France, while Turbulence, Teacha Dee, Wiski D and Wilful Skilful are Jamaican.<\/p>\n<p>Dasvibes was born in Kingston and raised in Seaview Gardens, a tough working-class community that has produced Shabba Ranks, Bounty Killer, Elephant Man and Dexta Daps. That is where he started his music career as a sound system operator over 20 years ago.<\/p>\n<p>He has lived in Australia since 2009 and is part of the country\u2019s growing dancehall colony.
