Produced by Kenneth Thompson for Kenergi Music, it contains 10 songs including the title track.<\/p>\n<p>Sanchez and Thompson co-wrote three of the songs \u2014 <strong><em>\u2018Hot Girl\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>\u2018Disloyalty\u2019<\/em><\/strong> and <strong><em>\u2018Jamdown\u2019<\/em><\/strong>. Thompson wrote the remaining songs which includes <strong><em>\u2018Clean Like a Whistle\u2019<\/em><\/strong> and <strong><em>\u2018Desperate Man\u2019<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On the title track, Sanchez bemoans the state of Jamaica while espousing its natural beauty and the prowess of its people.\u00a0 According to the singer, \u201cI relate to the lyrics of \u2018Jamdown\u2019 deeply just because I am a true product of the place.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Thompson, Sanchez worked with multi-instrumentalist Paul Gauntlett on <strong><em>\u2018Jamdown\u2019<\/em><\/strong>. Wayne Armond of Chalice handled arrangements and harmonies along with Tafina Wilson.<\/p>\n<p>Born Kevin Jackson in Kingston, Sanchez is one of dancehall music\u2019s elite artists. His catalog includes hit songs like <strong><em>\u2018Loneliness\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>\u2018Never Dis di Man\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>\u2018I Can\u2019t Wait\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, \u2018<strong><em>Pretty Girl\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>\u2018Old Friends\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>\u2018One in A Million\u2019<\/em><\/strong> and <strong><em>\u2018Fall in Love\u2019<\/em><\/strong>. He credits divine guidance for his 40-year career.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGod Almighty is the master of this universe.
